Based on the group’s sustainability strategy ‘Together 2030’, one of the goals is to ensure fully traceable, transparent, ethical and sustainable supply chains from green pastures to finished product. This is why The Schneider Group is fully engaged and supportive of the TRICK project.

With its own Authentico Integrity Scheme for wool and cashmere where fibres are traced along the supply chain, the role of the Schneider Group in TRICK is to source and do the first processing of the raw materials for the traditional clothing’s pilot, as well as the provision of impact data for the Product Environmental Footprint Category Rule (PEFcr). Through its direct contacts with growers, herders, brokers, transporters as well as spinners, weavers and brands, the Schneider Group is in a unique position to resolve key sourcing challenges for the benefit of the TRICK consortium.
